Business Garden Vilnius, an innovative business park concept
Business Garden Vilnius is conceived as a major new office and commercial hub for Vilnius which will be developed in 4 stages and will provide over 120,000 m² of office and retail space. The first stage of the project – two office buildings with 42,000 m² and an underground parking of 13,000 m² – has been completed and the premises have already been leased. The buildings have achieved the highest – Platinum – status of the international building certification system LEED. The landscaping of the complex is exceptionally people-friendly: the buildings are surrounded by various wellness, sport and recreation amenities and the lush green areas. In the second stage of the project, two more office buildings of 10,000 m² and 15,000 m² and a multi-storey car park will be built.Location
Business Garden is located on a site of 9 ha in the Lazdynai neighbourhood of Vilnius, near one of the busiest intersections of Western Vilnius and the Lithuanian Exhibition and Congress Centre LITEXPO. It is easy to access various districts of Vilnius, Vilnius airport, the Central Bus and Train Station by car or public transport from here. Business Garden Marseille is officially under planning
Vastint France intends to develop ~80.000 leasable m² on 7 Ha in multiple phases, starting with submitting the planning permit in 2023. The north axis will be dedicated to park houses, and the existing south axis parking bordering the banks of the Huveaune River will transformed into a garden and the primary pedestrian entrance to the Business Garden. It will be completely pedestrian between the two axes, all connected through the 1,5 Ha protected forest at the heart of the project. The ground floors will be equipped with services indoors and outdoors, creating a engaging everyday environment for our future tenants. Vastint France acquired the existing properties at Domaine Vallée Verte as part of a broader acquisition of 16 Ha, including the existing properties at Domaine Vallée Verte.Location
Domaine Vallée Verte is located along the A50 highway at the midpoint between Marseille and Aubagne with surface parking reserved for its employees. By car, the Domaine is 15 minutes from Marseille city-centre and 35 minutes from the Marseille Provence Airport. Marseille is creating a pedestrian-friendly bicycle highway along the banks of the Huveaune River to connect Prado beach to Aubagne centre by 2026. Strategically-placed bridges will improve access to the Barasse railway station that has a direct line to Marseille St Charles central station. Domaine Vallée Verte places people at the heart of its new office model
Domaine Vallée Verte consists of ~31.000 m2 in offices, light logistics and laboratories in four existing properties: Bourbon, Moka, Peaberry, Skybury. Originally a Nestlé production site, Bourbon and Peaberry are both listed buildings designed by architects Egger and Pouillon, proving an insight into the historical past of the site. The service-oriented approach of the Club Vallée Verte offers two restaurants (self-service and seated menu), conference rooms, sports facilities, crèche and conciergerie services attending to all requests. The protected forest at the heart of the Domaine motivates employees to enjoy the picnic areas and natural walk paths. Vastint France acquired the existing properties at Domaine Vallée Verte as part of a broader acquisition of 16 Ha, including 7 Ha land to construct the Business Garden Marseille.Location

Concept based on Howard’s idea of the Garden City
The 15-hectare investment site, located near the airport, will be transformed into a development with a diverse functional program. Careful analysis of the neighbourhood, traffic and acoustics resulted in an overall concept based on Howard’s idea of the Garden City. There will be apartments, offices, restaurants, small service outlets, educational and medical facilities. The designed buildings will be loosely arranged and interspersed with greenery and recreation areas. A new local centre will be created – a place that is people-friendly, open, functional, and self-sustaining.Location
The site next to the Warsaw airport provides good connectivity to all parts of the city through well-developed road connections, including expressways, and the highway. The plot is located entirely outside the area of airplane raids, so there are no noise emissions.Riverview II

The project is a continuation of a residential project- Riverview – located on the Motława River in Gdansk. Apartments, numerous service points, and cultural outlets will be built on the investment site. In 2021, a 4-hectare plot of land was acquired for the development of approximately 45,000 m² of offices and approximately 2,000 m² of commercial space. The intention is to build a Business Garden. Vastint is building Business Gardens throughout Europe and Business Garden Milano will be the first to be built in Italy. The team is currently working on the concept design and has started the procedure for obtaining the necessary permits for the construction which it expects to collect in 2026.Location

Answering the needs of modern business
B10 fits in with the vibrant nature of Wroclaw’s modern business district, combining functionality, unique architecture and high quality technical and material solutions. Vastint Hospitality has submitted the planning application for a mixed-use development of a currently vacant plot at the former goods yard site: Glasgow Collegelands. Under the plans, the plot beside Glasgow’s High Street station would be transformed with the addition of a seven-storey office building and two residential blocks. Since the completion of the Moxy Hotel in early 2019, Vastint Hospitality has been working closely with Glasgow City Council to identify the optimum mix of development, routes, and new public realm. The proposals aim to transform this former industrial land into a coherent part of the city connecting the Inner East End with Glasgow Centre. The development will contain 241 apartments, 9.000 m² GFA of office space, various ground floor amenities for the residents of the development and designed landscaped areas. Glasgow Collegelands will offer comfortable, spacious, and potentially furbished apartments that can effortlessly be inhabited by young professionals or students who either plan to live alone or share an apartment. The apartments will be a mix of studios; 18%, 1-bed apartments; 43%, 2-bed apartments; 35%, and lastly, 3-bed apartments; 4%, which are considered family units. In the coming months, Vastint will submit the changes to the application to the Glasgow City Council for final approval and for obtaining planning permission.Location

That in combination with the area offering a great selection of shopping and food & beverage makes it an excellent location for students and young professionals to thrive. Elegant closing of Katowice’s main square frontage
In the very centre of Katowice, on the site of the former Silesia Hotel, a complex will be built that will include a hotel and two office buildings. A space with a garden has been planned between the buildings, which will serve as a rest area for employees, but will also be open to city residents. The buildings, with simple, clean lines and balanced colors of the facade, will form an elegant closure of the western frontage of Katowice’s Main Square. The office buildings will be certified according to international standards for energy-efficient buildings – LEED at the Gold level and in parallel according to WELL certification criteria.Location

Gdynia’s Modernism in a modern style
The composition and details of this small-scale office building refer to the architectural tradition of Modernism, in particular the Streamlined style of the 1930s. The building was given a distinctive H-shape, which ensures that the internal space is well lit and gives a wide range of office space arrangement options. The lobby area design allows tenants to use it for business and social meetings. The materials and technical solutions used guarantee an above-average standard of office space, assuring increased efficiency in terms of reduction of energy and water consumption as well as air quality control. The building has passed the verification of multi-criteria environmental assessment and has been counted among the most sustainable buildings in Poland, receiving the LEED Platinum certificate.Location

Reviving the forgotten, hundred-years-old part of town
The area of the planned project is a vestige of the former meat factory which was closed in 1990s. The concept assumes that certain contemporary architectural solutions will be combined with historical urban surroundings. On this site some buildings dating back to the turn of the 19th century have been preserved. Some of them will constitute an attractive central part of the new complex. They will be used to accommodate public, commercial and exhibition space. The remaining part of the plot will mainly be used for a hotel, office and residential space with retail area. The estimated area of the complex comprising office and residential buildings and a public space will reach approximately 80,000 m2. The project will be executed in the spirit of sustainability and will be submitted to verification in the LEED Neighborhood certification system (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design – Neighborhood Development) as well as WELL Community.Location

The (re)development of Leeuwenburg
With a gross floor area of approx. 64,000 m² the office building, which is situated entirely on freehold land, is one of the largest buildings in Amsterdam. Until September 2022, the building was fully let to Hogeschool van Amsterdam (Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences). Since September 2022, Hogeschool van Amsterdam has handed over the key and Vastint has started the (re)development of this project. In June 2023, Vastint completed phase 1: the demolition pase. In total, more than 5.2 million kilos of material were stripped out, 97% of which were recycled or reused! 221 tonnes were stripped out for immediate reuse. Since January 2024, Vastint has started the asbestos remediation. The building dates from the 1970s and was designed by the firm of architects Zanstra, de Clerq Zubli, Lammersma & Partners (currently known as ZZDP Architecten), which later also designed the Rembrandt Tower. In the 1970s the former Rijkspostspaarbank was the first lessee of the Leeuwenburg building.Location

Since the completion of the Moxy Hotel in early 2019, Vastint Hospitality has been working closely with Glasgow City Council to identify the optimum mix of development, routes, and new public realm. The proposals aim to transform this former industrial land into a coherent part of the city connecting the Inner East End with Glasgow Centre.
