Four of the buildings will have seven aboveground floors each, and two underground levels serving as garages and technical rooms. One of the buildings will have one underground floor. The buildings will be constructed using mixed technologies, i.e. the underground part will be made of a reinforced concrete structure cast in place, the so-called “white basin technology”, and the aboveground part will be made of pre-fabricated elements. The buildings will have a modern design and technical solutions, in accordance with the guidelines of the LEED Platinum certification. The green areas surrounding the project constitute its characteristic feature. Sixty percent of the plot will be occupied by landscaped areas, including green roofs, high grasses, trees and water pools.
